Individual Therapy (Child & Adolescent)

Therapy for children and adolescents is adapted to the developmental level of the child. It involves play, creative techniques and evidence-based therapies that are shown to be effective and easily understood by developing minds.

Individual Therapy (Adult)

While clients may already have a mental health diagnosis, this is not a requirement for accessing therapy. Clients are welcome to contact for any life experience or challenge that may be causing them concern, or simply if they’re wanting to explore and enhance their wellbeing.

Parenting Support

Children don’t come with a parenting manual (even though we wish they did!), and all parents can use some support at times. School of Life Psychology is here to help with positive parenting techniques.
